My H is one of the reasons for me to write this blog. Being a travel freak, he has backpacked at least 4 continents. He took me to so many different places and exposed me to different cuisines. For an Indian like me who only thought Food without Spices are tasteless, my H was an eye-opener. He supports every effort of mine. If not for his constant encouragements, i wouldn't had had the confidence to try new dishes. But I should admit, Cooking never interests me as an everyday chore:).
